Disconnects normally will occur between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays on the day you requested, as long as your request is received at least one business day in advance. A specific time cannot be guaranteed. If you have previously entered a disconnect and need to make a change or cancel your disconnect, do not re-enter the information, call our Customer Service Center at 352-629-2489.
If you wish to transfer your service from one address to another, do not enter a disconnect request. Please submit a Residential Transfer Service Request.
