NOTICE: The Customer Service Office lobby will be closed to the public as of Tuesday, March 24 until further notice. Although some customer service employees have been reassigned to different areas or different departments we are still here to assist you.

The City of Ocala recognizes the financial impact of COVID-19 on our customers and believes that no one should lose service during this critical time. On April 1st, we made the decision to suspend disconnects through May 16th and will reevaluate the policy and timeframe as the situation develops. Customers are encouraged to maintain a positive balance on their prepaid accounts. Customer service representatives will be available by phone at 352-629-2489 or email at, M-F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to answer questions.

We will continue to read meters and bill accounts, we encourage customers to maintain their accounts and keep them current to avoid a large balance that may be difficult to pay off later. Payments can be made at any of our self-service kiosks, City of Ocala website, Fidelity Express, Western Union, Amscot, and MoneyGram locations. Additional payment options and other online tools such as residential start and stop service, residential service transfers, and payment extensions can be found at Payments can also be made via the automated phone system at 844-286-1785.
