The City of Ocala Municipal Services Customer Service Office wants to provide answers to your questions and problems as quickly as possible. That is why we have provided options for you to reach our office. Contact us in the way that best fits you.

Lobby is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Emails are reviewed and answered 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Visitors entering public buildings will be screened using a touchless forehead or temporal artery thermometer. Visitors displaying visible symptoms of upper respiratory symptoms or a body temperature at or above 100 degrees will not be allowed to enter the building. All visitors are required to wear a cloth face covering, per the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations. Masks must be unobtrusive, fit snugly over the mouth and allow persons to breathe comfortably. Novelty masks that cover the entire face and prohibit a person from being recognizable are not acceptable.

The City of Ocala Municipal Services warns customers to be suspicious of callers demanding immediate payment using any prepaid card, debit or credit card, or wire transfer. Never share personal or financial information with anyone that calls or emails you. Never meet a stranger in person to make a payment.
