Scammers are targeting utility customers and Ocala Electric Utility wants to keep you from becoming a victim. Ocala Electric Utility will never call customers to demand payment using any prepaid card or debit card. Be suspicious of callers demanding immediate payment for any reason. Never share personal or financial information with any one that calls or emails you. Never wire money, provide debit or credit card information, or meet a stranger in person to make a payment. If you believe there is a problem with your account, please call 352-629-2489.

Ocala Electric Utility (OEU) offers many other ways to pay your bill.

Customer Service Office Lobby hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Wednesday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Customer Service Call Center hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The Customer Service Office opens at 9:00 AM on the 3rd Thursday of every month due to employee training opportunities.
