OCALA, Fla. (Nov. 6, 2009) – City of Ocala administrative offices will be closed Wednesday in observance of Veterans Day. The holiday observance will not cause any disruption to the city’s residential or commercial sanitation collection services.

Downtown Signal Retiming

OCALA, Fla. (Oct. 26, 2009) – Beginning Tuesday (Oct. 27), crews will begin retiming traffic lights in the downtown and surrounding area.

Serving southeast Ocala with stops at the Silver Springs Walmart, Shoppes of Silver Springs Plaza, Appleton Museum, Too Your Health Spa, 40 East Shopping Center, the YMCA and Jervey Gantt Park, the Marion County Health Department with available transfer to the Red Route, ARC, Laurel Run, Live Oak Medical Center, Churchill Square, City Hall and the Downtown Transfer Station for transfer to the Green, Purple, Orange or Yellow Routes.
