OCALA, Fla. (Nov. 6, 2009) – City of Ocala administrative offices will be closed Wednesday in observance of Veterans Day. The holiday observance will not cause any disruption to the city’s residential or commercial sanitation collection services.

Downtown Signal Retiming

OCALA, Fla. (Oct. 26, 2009) – Beginning Tuesday (Oct. 27), crews will begin retiming traffic lights in the downtown and surrounding area.

Serving Silver Springs Shores with stops at Lockheed Martin, Ralph Russell Field, Heather Island Plaza, Shores Landing Shopping Center, Spring Shores Plaza, Silver Springs Shores Community Center, Crystal Square Shopping Center, the Baseline Road Trailhead, Skate Mania, the Rotary Sportsplex, Forest High School, Cedar Shores Shopping Center, Dayco and the Marion County Health Department for transfer to the Blue Route.  The Red Line also stops at Lake Weir High School during the August through May school year.
