Contractor Certification Requirements If someone other than the qualifier is going to pull the permit, we need a notarized Letter of Authorization stating that individuals position with the company, giving them permission to pull the permit.

Four Year Certificate of Competency Four years experience shall be experience gained through working as an apprentice or helper in the appropriate trade for four years or three years of education in a recognized accredited college or vocational school, plus one year of actual experience in the applicable trade.
