The Office of Budget & Management is responsible for the development and preparation of the City's annual operating budget and Capital Improvement Program budget.  The budget is adopted by the City Council and is the guiding policy document governing financial decisions for the City.  Additional responsibilities include providing other City departments assistance in preparing, tracking, reporting, and monitoring their individual budgets and coordinating all City grant activities.
