Online Bill Payment Processing

If You are a Pay As You Go customer and have received a pending disconnect or a disconnect notice you must pay through MoneyGram or Fidelity Express.


  • You have been disconnected for a returned check
  • You have been disconnected for non-payment or have been reconnected after hours

If any of these apply to you, please visit our Customer Service Center located at 201 SE 3rd Street, Ocala. Our lobby's hours of operation are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Please Note: As a convenience to our customers, on-line payment services are provided by Invoice Cloud. When using a credit* or debit** card you must agree to an additional $4.75 per $500 increment.  If paying by check there is no charge. You will need to enter your Routing and Transit Number and Account Number as printed on the bottom of your checks. Ocala Utility Services does not collect or receive any monies from this convenience fee. It is strictly a processing fee charged by Invoice Cloud in order to provide this convenient service to you.
