The TPO will hold a Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) Strings & Ribbons program at the Silver Springs Shores Community Center at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 9.
The Strings & Ribbons is a public involvement program that provides a hands on method to allow everyone in attendance the opportunity to be a decision-maker for spending transportation dollars that we expect to have over the next 25 years. The Strings and Ribbons program affords all of those in attendance the opportunity to show which transportation projects they would like to see completed by purchasing those improvements and putting them on the map. At the end of this exercise the group will have developed a map showing all of the future improvements that they would like to see in place by the year 2035.
