Mobile Recreation Vehicle

The Mobile Recreation Vehicle (MRV) is a self-contained "recreation center on wheels" that can be driven to neighborhoods and events throughout the City of Ocala  supplying recreational equipment and encouraging participation in a variety of games and activities. For example, the MRV visits a public/subsidized neighborhood on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. giving the community an opportunity to participate in everything from small board games to arts & craft activities, including, of course, a variety of recreational activities (kickball, relays, hula hoops, etc.) to promote an active, healthy lifestyle.
