Engineering Administration Division
Administrative staff provides support for all thirteen division's of the Engineering Department. It operates under the direction of the Administrative Supervisor and the Department Head. The Administrative Division is responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the department by assisting in all clerical duties; coordinating appointments for department head and other senior level management; assisting with the division budget; handling of highly sensitive and confidential information; acting as liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including senior-level management; addressing of internal and external policy inquiries; responsible for departmental payroll preparation; responsible for preparation and updating of the department's internet web site information concerning services offered and project updates; coordination of office training requests; purchasing office supplies; processing and monitoring leave requests; maintaining radio communications and answering the switchboard by responding to telephone inquires and forwarding them to the appropriate department personnel.
Operating hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
