- You have been disconnected for a returned check
- You have been disconnected for non-payment or have been reconnected after hours
- You are within three (3) days of your cut off date
If any of these apply to you, please visit our Citizen Service Center located at 201 SE 3rd Street, Ocala. Our lobby's hours of operation are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Please Note: As a convenience to our customers, we now offer the option of an on-line payment service provided by Point and Pay, Inc. In order to use this credit* or debit** card option, you must agree to an additional 2.95% convenience fee per transaction, or a minimum of $2.00, whichever is greater. Ocala Electric Utility does not collect or receive any monies from this convenience fee. It is strictly a processing fee charged by Point and Pay in order to provide this convenient service to you.
